Online Testing for CIA Available in Additional Languages
In addition to English and Japanese, online testing for the Certified Internal Auditor® (CIA®) is now available in the following languages: Arabic, Chinese Traditional, Czech, French, German, Hebrew, Indonesian, Italian, Korean, Polish, Portuguese, Russian, Spanish, Thai, and Turkish.

Marketing Resources to Promote Online Testing
To support your local outreach efforts, we have developed several tools that you can use to encourage your local members to take the Certified Internal Auditor® (CIA®), Certification in Risk Management Assurance® (CRMA®), and CIA Challenge exams from home. The toolkit includes:

 
  • Sample Marketing Copy: Includes social media posts, web ads, and news articles that can be added to your Affiliate's website and social media pages.
  • Promotional Video: We encourage you to add this short video and the available website banners to your Affiliate’s website and social media pages to share with your members to promote online testing.
  • Informational Video: This video answers questions candidates may have on what to expect from online testing.

New CRMA to Launch in 2021
The Certification in Risk Management Assurance® (CRMA®) is relaunching in March 2021 to keep pace with dynamic global risks. Changes will include a new exam, delivered in English, that incorporates updated prerequisites and experience requirements.

Certification Processing and CCMS Issues
Having been closed since March due to COVID-19, our certification vendor recently opened with limited capacity and is working diligently to process requests. Please note there may be a delay in fulfilling these orders. Check the CCMS FAQs, as we will be updating this section to help candidates.

Please note that our IT department has determined some memberships are taking a bit longer to show in CCMS, which is causing an issue that IT is addressing. We will continue to keep you informed on this situation.
